How do I add a new web browser to my computer?
If you want to use a different web browser that you do not already have installed, it is recommended that you do an Internet search for a free download of that web browser:

Why would I use a different browser to access my Trident University email account?
Some users have multiple e-mail accounts for Microsoft. If you have more than one Microsoft email account, access can be affected if trying to access multiple accounts using the same browser. If you are not able to log into Outlook.com/my.trident.edu, the following may be possible reasons/solutions:
If you have any other accounts with MSN, (i.e., Hotmail), you will need to log out of those other accounts to be able to log into your Trident email account. If you are not able to log into your Trident email account, here are some options that you can take:
Option 1:Delete browsing history or clear your temporary internet files and cache each time you access either one your Outlook accounts:
